| 4 | level tbsp | Mustard |
| 2 | tsps | Turmeric |
| 1 | cup | Cold Water |
Peel and slice the cucumbers and onions. Sprinkle salt over them. Next morning drain off liquid and chop small.
Put vinegar, brown sugar, and celery seed in a kettle. When nearly boiling add onions and cucumbers. While mixture in kettle is coming to a boil, combine flour, mustard and turmeric. Mix until smooth in water. Stir into mixture in kettle and boil about 15 minutes. Place in jars and seal tightly.
