Cut up cabbage, green pepper, onion, celery and pimentos. Put in a pan and cover with water. Salt to taste and cook until tender. Drain. Place in a casserole dish and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and milk. Cook until slightly thickened. Add cheese and stir well. Pour cheese mixture over cabbage mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
