| 1 1/2 | tsp. | Margarine |
| 2 | Tomato slices | |
| 1/4 | cup | Peeled, sliced cucumber |
| Pepper, sprinkle | ||
| 2 | tbsp. | Grated carrot |
| 1/4 | cup | Alfalfa sprouts or bean sprouts |
| 2 | Lettuce leaves | |
| 1 | tsp. | Light salad dressing (or mayonnaise) |
Spread second bread slice with salad dressing and place over top.
Cut sandwhich in half diagonally.
Serves 1.
