| 1 | Process skim Mozzarella cheese slice (7% MF) | |
| 2 | Tomato slices | |
| 1/4 | cup | Alfalfa sprouts |
| 2 | Lettuce leaves | |
| 1 1/2 | tsp. | Light salad dressing (or mayonnaise) |
Layer next 4 ingredients in order given on 1 slice.
Spread other slice with salad dressing. Place over filling. Cut sandwhich in half diagonally.
Serves 1.
