| 1 | lb. | ground turkey |
| 1 | cup | chopped onion |
| 1 | cup | chopped celery |
| 1 | cup | chopped green bell pepper |
| 1 | 12-oz bottle | chili sauce |
| 2 | tbsp. | prepared mustard |
| 1 | 8-oz can | jellied cranberry sauce |
| 6 | hamburger buns, split |
Drain off the fat and return mixture to skillet.
Add chili sauce, mustard and cranberry sauce; stir and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, or until mixture is heated through.
Serve on toasted buns.
Makes 6 servings.
