Lemon Sauce
From the Kitchen of: Pepper

| 2 | tablespoons | cornstarch |
| 1/4 | cup | lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | grated lemon rind |
| 1 | cup | chicken stock |
| 1 | teaspoon | grated root ginger |
| 1 | tablespoon | brown sugar |

Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan, Bring to the boil stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Cook for one minute.
