| 1/2 C margarine or butter |
| 1/2 clove garlic, crushed (I used 1 full clove) |
| 2 tsp all-purpose flour |
| 1/3 C water |
| 3 tbsp lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 tsp sugar |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1/8 tsp pepper |
| 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning |
| 1/8 tsp red pepper sauce |
Yield: 1 cup
