May double or triple recipe.
| 1 | can (46 oz.) | tomato juice |
| 1 | cup | finely ground green pepper |
| 1 | cup | ground onion |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | vinegar |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Mix all in a roaster pan. Cook in 350° oven until thick. Stir frequently. Pour in hot jars and seal.
