Ginger Dipping Sauce
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
This is similar to the sauce served at Benihana's
| 1/4 | cup | chopped onion |
| 1 | small piece | ginger root or |
| 1/8 | tsp | ground ginger |
| 1/2 | cup | soy sauce |
| 1/4 | cup | rice wine vinegar |
Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
