EASY CHEESE SAUCE
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
Serve over steak, vegetables, potatoes, pasta or rice
| 4 | slices (3/4 oz. ea.) | processed yellow American cheese, cut into quarters |
| 1/8 | tea. | dry mustard |
| 1/8 | tea. | ground nutmeg |
| 1/4 | cup | milk |
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over med. heat, stirring until melted.
- (About 1/2 cup)
