Comments: Serve with poultry

1	package	cranberries
2/3	cup	white sugar
2	small	apples
1	cup	apple cider

• Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and boil five minutes until all the berries have popped.
• Skim and discard foam on the top of the sauce.
• Cool and serve with poultry.
