Blue-cheese Sauce

Pepper

Comments: Serve with cold meats and salads.
4 oz. blue cheese
1 T mustard
1 T whipping cream
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
Freshly milled white pepper
1 T Kikkoman Soy Sauce
3 T olive oil
2 T parsley, chopped
Mash cheese with the mustard, cream, garlic, pepper and soy sauce.
Mix in the oil and parsley.
