Gumdrop Fruit Salad

1	cup	Whipping Cream
2-1/2	cup	Pineapple Tidbits -- drained
2	cup	Seedless Grapes
2	cup	Miniature Marshmallows
3/4	cup	Gumdrops (Omit Black Candies) -- cut fine
1	4 Oz. Jar	Maraschino Cherries -- cut and drained
1/2	cup	Chopped Pecans

DRESSING

FOR THE SALAD:

Whip cream and stir all ingredients together. Add cooled dressing, and regrigerate overnight.
FOR THE DRESSING:
Blend all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool before adding to the salad.
