Cucumber Salad

| 1 | pkg (3 oz) | Lime jello |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion juice |
| 3/4 | cup | Hot water |
| 1/2 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1/4 | cup | Lemon juice |
| 1 | cup | Cucumber |
- Dissolve gelatin in water.
- Add lemon juice and onion juice.
- Peel and chop cucumber.
- Fold in sour cream and cucumber into jello mixture.
- Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
