| 5 | egg | yolks |
| 1 | cup | whipping cream |
| 2 | cups | sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | butter |
| 2 | tbsp. | yellow corn meal |
| 2 | tbsp. | flour |
| 2 | unbaked | pie shells |
Cream butter and sugar. Blend egg yolks and unwhipped cream. Add all ingredients to butter and sugar mixture. Blend well. Put in two 8-inch uncooked pie crusts. Cook at 375°F for 15 minutes, then turn down to 325°F and cook about an hour.
