Apple Cinnamon Tart

From the Kitchen of: Pepper



1	9-inch	UNBAKED pie shell
1-1/2	cups	Sour cream
1	can	Eagle Brand milk
1/4	cup	Frozen apple juice concentrate - thawed
1		Egg
1-1/2	tsp	Vanilla
1/4	tsp	Cinnamon
2	medium	Apples - cored -- pared and thinly sliced
1	Tbsp	Butter

CINNAMON GLAZE:


1/4	cup	Frozen apple juice concentrate - thawed
1	tsp	Cornstarch
1/4	tsp	Cinnamon

Prepare pie shell and bake at 375° for 15 minutes - set aside. Beat sour cream, Eagle Brand, apple juice concentrate, egg, vanilla and cinnamon - pour into shell - bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until set - cool.
Saute apples in butter until tender - arrange on pie - top with Cinnamon Glaze - refrigerate leftovers.
CINNAMON GLAZE:
Combine all glaze ingredients in saucepen - cook and stir until thickened.
