Herbed Linguine with Shrimp

4 oz. fresh linguine
1/2 cup half and half
3 tbl. chopped fresh basil
2 tbl. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbl. preshredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 tea. salt
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
Cook pasta according to package directions; omitting salt and fat; drain.
Combine the linguini, half and half, and the next 4 ingredients (half and half thru salt) in a large nonstick skillet.
Cook over med. heat for 5 min. Stir in shrimp; cook for 1 min. or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Yield 2 servings (serving size 2 cups)
