| 4 | cups | instant nonfat dry milk |
| 1 | cup | unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 2 | cups | powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | tsp. | salt |
| 1 | tsp. | ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp. | ground nutmeg |
| 1/8 to | 1/4 tsp. | ground cloves |
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Store in tightly covered container or jar.

To serve combine 3 (or more) tablespoons of mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend.
