| 1 | jar | sauerkraut - drain and save juice |

Mix all of the above together and make into small balls. Fry in butter or olive oil until browned. Remove from pan. Add sauerkraut juice and mix in a little corn starch into drippings and stir until thickened. Meatballs can be frozen.
