Party Meatballs

From the Kitchen of:  Annie from Recipe Chat

Yields 25 to 30 meatballs.

1	lb	Ground beef
3/4	C	Ketchup
1/3	C	Dat'l Do-It Hot Sauce
1/2	C	Water
2 1/2	tbsp	Worcestershire sauce
1/4	C	Vinegar
1	tbsp	Lemon juice
1/2	C	Packed brown sugar
1/2	tsp	Dry mustard
3		Gingersnaps, crushed

• Shape meat into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes; drain.
• Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to dissolve sugar and gingersnaps. Add meatballs and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with wooden picks.
