A Scottish Recipe
From the Kitchen of: 50+ Member
| 1 | lb | Minced steak |
| 1/2 | lb | Minced smoked back bacon |
| 4 | oz | Brown bread crumbs |
| 1 | Egg | |
| Pinch salt and ground pepper | ||
| 1/2 | pt | Milk |
| 2 | tbsp | Worcester sauce |
| 1 | tsp | Dry mustard |
| 1 | med | Finely chopped onion |
Mix all together well. Put in a 2 lb Loaf tin and bake in a medium oven for approximately 1 hour.
