Chopped Sirloin A La Mario

From "Old Covered Wagon Inn in Pennsylvania"

2	lb.	Sirloin Steak, ground
1	Med.	Onion, chopped fine and sautéed
1/4	c.	raw Parsley, chopped
2	raw	Eggs
2	slices	trimmed white bread, soaked in milk
1/2	tsp.	white pepper
1 1/2	tsp.	Salt

• Mix all ingredients well and form into 6 patties. Either broil or sauté and cover with smothered onions.
• Serves 6.
