| 1/4 | tsp. | tabasco |
| 1 | tbsp. | flour |
| 1 | C | milk |
| 1 | tbsp. | oil |
| 1/2 | lb. | grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 | C | seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1/2 | tsp. | tabasco |
Separate cauliflower buds, cook until tender. Saute beef with onion, salt, and 1/4 tsp. tabasco. Combine flour, milk, oil, and tabasco in small sauce pan. Stir over low heat until thickened. Add cheese, heat until melted. Put meat in 2 qt. casserole, cover with layer of bread crumbs. Add cauliflower and pour on sauce. Bake at 375F until heated through and sauce is bubbly. About 30 minutes.
