Cabbage Casserole

Cabbage, diced |

raw Rice |

Margarine |

Milk |

American Cheese |
- Brown ground meat, sausage, vegetables and seasonings.
- Add diced cabbage and 1/4 cup water.
- cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add raw rice, mix well.
- Put margarine, milk, flour and cheese in saucepan and cook
over med until it thickens. Pour over rest of ingredients.
- Bake in covered casserole in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- 8 Servings.
