| ¼ | cup | oil |
| 4 | 8" | tortillas |
| ½ | lb. | hamburger |
| 1 | medium | onion, chopped |
| 1 | clove | garlic, crushed |
| 1 | 4 oz. can | green chilies, chopped |
| 1 | 8 oz. can | refried beans |
| 1/3 | cup | hot taco sauce |
| ¼ | tsp. | salt |
| ½ | lb. | Monterey Jack cheese, shredded |
| 1 | cup | lettuce, shredded |
| 1 | medium | tomato, diced |
| 5 | large | ripe olives, sliced |
Fry each tortilla in oil on both sides. Drain. Preheat oven to 350°. Fry meat, onion and garlic until brown and dry. Remove from heat. Stir in chilies, beans, taco sauce and salt. Place in 9" pie plate, 1 tortilla, ¼ bean mixture and ¼ of cheese. Repeat and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with lettuce tomato and cheese.
