| 4 | lbs | spareribs |
| 2 | tbsp. | Butter |
| 1/2 | c. | Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | c. | Water |
| 1 | c. | Catsup |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Vinegar |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Worchestershire Sauce |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Brown Sugar |
| 1 | tsp. | dry Mustard |
| 1 | tsp. | salt |
| 1/4 | tsp. | pepper |
Have spareribs cut into serving size pieces. Brown slowly in oven uncovered. Place in covered casserole. Melt butter in skillet and add onion; cook until brown. Add next 9 ingredients, simmer 20 minutes. Pour over ribs. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
