Salmon Puff Pastry

From the Kitchen of: Jeanne from Juneau, Alaska

Easier to buy the puff pastry than to make it..

1	C.	Salmon (canned or otherwise cooked)
1	tsp.	Onion, grated
1	Tbsp.	Sweet Pickle, minced
2	tsp.	Lemon Juice
3/4	C.	Basic White Sauce

• Mix all ingredients together
• Spread one heaping Tbsp. salmon mix on 5 inch square of Puff Pastry Dough. Fold over and seal with fork.
• Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
