An easy to make sure hit for breakfast or brunch.

| 10 | lg | eggs |
| 2-1/2 | c | milk |
| 1/4 | c | water |
| 1-1/2 | tsp | lemon pepper seasoning |
| 1-1/2 | c | extra sharp cheddar cheese |
| 2 | lbs | frozen shredded hash browns |
| 3 | tbsp | flour |
| 1/2 | c | red or yellow pepper, finely chopped |
| dash | dry mustard (optional) |
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
Can be made night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.
