| 1 | tsp | Baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | pt | Creamed small curd cottage cheese |
| 1 | lb | Monterey Jack cheese, shredded |
| 1/4 | C | Melted butter |
| 1 | (4 oz) can | Diced green chiles |
Beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, melted butter. Stir in chiles. Pour mixture into well buttered 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until top is browned and center is firm. Serve hot.
