Crockery Pot Hearty Beef Stew

This is nice to come home to after a busy day.

2 lbs. stew meat, chop in 1 inch cubes
3 potatoes, diced
3 carrots, diced
1 med. onion, diced

2 cans whole tomatoes (141/2 oz. each)
4 tbsp. quick tapioca
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in Crockery Pot. Mix thoroughly. cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
