Good old, down home, Southern recipe.
| 3 | lb. | chicken pieces |
| 1 | med. | onion, sliced |
| 1 | med. | green pepper, cut into thin strips |
| 1/2 | c. | celery, diced |
| 11/2 | tsp. | salt |
| 1 | tsp. | thyme |
| 1/2 | tsp. | paprika |
| 2 | tbsp. | parsley, chopped |
| 16 | oz. | canned tomatoes |
| 4 | oz. | canned sliced mushrooms, drained |
Combine all ingredients in Crockery Pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 4-5).
Serve over rice. Add a green salad and your favorite rolls and you have a delicious meal.
