Chicken Curry Hurry

From the book “How to Make Love and Dinner at the Same Time: 200 Slow Cooker Recipes to Heat up the Bedroom Instead of the Kitchen: by Rebecca Field Jager which addresses the stressful problem of spending nights in the kitchen cooking after long days at the office.

1 1 /2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-size pieces
1 14-oz. can pineapple tidbits, with juice
1 envelope chicken bouillon powder
3 tsp. curry powder

Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Drain the pineapple juice into small bowl, reserving the tidbits. Combine the bouillon powder and curry powder with the juice, and pour over the chicken (you can adjust curry quantity to taste).

Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Add the pineapple tidbits and cook for an additional 15 minutes on low.

Serves 4
