Bean Soup for the Crockery Pot

Great winter weather fare.

1/2 bag dry beans (your choice)
4 c. water
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. each)
seasoned salt and pepper to taste

2 med. potatoes, diced
2 carrots, shredded
2 sm. onions, diced
ham, diced

Soak beans overnight in enough water to cover as they swell. Drain beans. Put all ingredients in Crockery Pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
