This is a favorite around my house.
| 11/2 | lb. | roast - chopped |
| 11/2 | c. | chopped onion |
| 11/2 | c. | chopped green peppers |
| 1 | can | tomato paste (6 oz.) |
| 1/4 | c. | brown sugar, firmly packed |
| 1/8 | c. | dark vinegar |
| 1 | tbsp. | chili powder |
| 1 | tsp. | salt |
| 1 | tsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 | tsp. | dry mustard |
Set Crockery Pot on high. Add ingredients one at a time in order beginning with roast. Do not mix or stir. After 1 hour, turn to low and cook 8 to 10 hours. Stir occasionally for last hour. Shred and serve on warmed buns.
