| 2 | Tsps. | Vanilla extract |
| 1 1/2 | Tsps. | Ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 | Tsp. | Ground nutmeg |
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 15x10" jellyroll pan. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Cool. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.

| 4 | Cups | Confectioners sugar (sifted) |
In a small mixer bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract until fluffy. Add the 4 cups of confectioners sugar and mix well. Spread over cooled bars.
