Comment = This is a very moist cake..I usually do not put a frosting on it. Good way to use up some apples....

2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups apples chopped or shredded
1/2 nuts of choice
2 eggs
2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt

• Cream together sugar and oleo. Add flavorings to eggs and add to creamed mixture.
• Sift dry ingredients and add to the mixture. Stir in apples and nuts.
• Bake in 9 X 13 pan for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven then 25 minutes at 325 degree.
