Triple Amaretto Brownies
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
Sinfully Rich!!! In the filling you can double the cream cheese and leave out the sugar. And since they are sooo rich you do not have to use almonds.
| Brownie |
| 1 | | Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix |
| 1/2 | cup | oil |
| 1/3 | cup | water |
| 2 | Tbsp | Amaretto |
| 1 | | egg |
| 3/4 | cup | chopped almonds |

Mix all ingredients; beat 50 strokes by hand, spread in greased 9x13" pan.
- Bake 350 degrees F. for 26 to 33 min. Do not overbake...
- Cool.
| Filling |
| 8 | oz. | cream cheese, softened |
| 1/4 | cup | powdered sugar |
| 1 | cup | chocolate |
| 2 to 3 | tbsp. | amaretto |
- Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt chocolate, add to cream cheese + 2 to 3 tbsp amaretto.
- Spread filling over cooled brownies. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

| 1/2 | cup | chocolate |
| 1/4 | cup | whipping cream |
| 1/2 | cup | sliced toasted almonds |
- Melt chocolate add whipping cream and amaretto and spread carefully over chilled filling.
- Sprinkle with almonds
- Refrigerate until set. Store in refrigerator.
- Cut into 48 to 54 bars.... .
