These rolls are quick and easy. Will add to any celebration you wish to prepare them for!

| 1/4 | Cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Tsp. | Salt |
| 1/4 | Cup | Butter or margarine |
| 2 | Pkgs. 1/4 ounce | Active dry yeast |
| 3 1/4 | Cups | Flour |
| 1 | Egg |
In a 1-quart saucepan, heat milk and 1/2 cup water until hot. Stir in sugar, salt and 1/4 cup margarine. Cool to very warm (120° to 130°) In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast and 1 1/2 cups flour. Add milk mixture and egg. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in remaining flour. Cover; let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375°.

In a 1-quart saucepan, combine all topping ingredients; heat over medium heat until margarine is melted. Pour topping into greasted 13" x 9" baking pan. Stir down dough; drop dough by spoonfuls onto topping forming 24 rolls. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately invert pan onto serving platter; remove pan.
