Overnight Buns
From the Kitchen of: Lynda Bergman
| 3/4 | Cup | Lukewarm water |
| 1 | Tsp. | Sugar |
| 1 | Pkg. | Yeast |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1/2 | Cup | Sugar |
| 3 | Tsps. | Salt |
| 1/2 | Cup | Salad Oil |
| 2 | Cups | Cold water |
| 8 | Cups | Flour |
4 p.m...Mix 3/4 cup lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar and yeast together.
Let stand 10 minutes. In a large bowl mix eggs 1/2 cup of sugar, salt, salad oil,
water and flour.
10 p.m..Make into buns. In the morning, bake at 350° until done. (approximately 30 minutes).
