Gin Fizz

Source: From a bartender on a Princess Cruise!
A great eye opener in the morning!
| 1 1/4 oz. gin |
| 1 1/4 oz. orange juice |
| 1 1/4 oz. sweet and sour |
| 2 tbsp sugar |
| 5 oz. cream (1/2 & 1/2) |
| 1 egg white |
| crushed ice |
| Fleure d'Orange |
| nutmeg for dusting |

- Coat inside of a glass with Fleure d'Orange.
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Pour into glass and top with sprinkle of nutmeg.
