Serving Size:  4 cups

Comments: This liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to shake the bottle well before serving.

1 cup (2 dL) light cream
1 can 14 oz (3 1/2dL) Eagle sweetened condensed milk
1-2/3 cup (~3dL) Irish whiskey
1 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup (like Hershey's)
1 tsp. real vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract

• Combine all the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds.
• Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.
