| 6 | tbsp | Light sour cream |
| 1 | 1-oz pkg | Ranch dressing mix |
| 1 | tbsp | Fresh minced dill |
| 30 | miniature | Phyllo shells, thawed |
| 1½ | C | Assorted chopped raw vegetables(broccoli, carrots, peppers, cauliflower) |
Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix and dill until smooth. Spoon or pipe about 2 teaspoons of mixture into each tart shell. Garnish with vegetables.
Makes 30 tarts.
