Mini-Magic Meatballs
1	lb	Lean ground beef
2	C	Torn pieces of bread
1	pkg	Dry onion soup mix
1		Egg, slightly beaten
1	tbsp	Dried parsley flakes

• Combine meatball ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and arrange in large glass baking dish.

Magic Sauce
1	C	Catsup
1/3	C	Grape jelly
1/3	C	Lemon juice

• Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
• Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. If necessary, spoon off excess fat.
