Drunken Gizzards

Red Pepper (optional) |
- Cover gizzards with beer. Simmer 3-4 hours until tender.
- Drain (discard beer), mix and heat remaining ingredients until well blended.
Add gizzards. Simmer 1/2 hour.
- Note: Even if you HATE gizzards you'll like these. So tender and delicious.
