8	qt	Shredded cabbage
8	qt	Shredded red cabbage
2½	C	Grated carrots
3	C	Mayonnaise
1	C (8 oz)	Sour cream
1/2	C	Grated onion
1/2	C	Chopped fresh parsley
1/2	C	Cider or red wine vinegar
3	tbsp	Dijon mustard
2	tbsp	Celery seed
2	tsp	Salt
2	tsp	Pepper

Toss cabbage and carrots. Combine remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
