| 2 1/3 | cups | lemon juice |
| 2 1/3 | cups | tomato juice, salt free |
| 2 1/2 | tbsp. | garlic, minced |
| 3 | tbsp. | paprika |
| 1 | tbsp. | oregano |
| 1/2 | tsp. | pepper |
| 3/4 | cup | parsley, chopped |
Combine all ingredients in a large non-aluminum container. Chill and mix well before tossing with lettuce.
